THE PSYCHOLOGY OF WEIGHT LOSS



Many try to loss weight and are not able. To many it seems as if the more they try, the more they gain more weight. What is the problem? is it the wrong diet program? is it the wrong exercise program? the main problem I believe is that they don't have the psychology of losing weight.

WHAT IS THE PSYCHOLOGY OF WEIGHT LOSS

Many professionals excel because they have the psychology of the business their in. they see life in relation to their profession. For example the medical doctor sees life as a doctor, an Engineer sees life as an engineer. Both the medical doctor and the Engineer understand the guiding principles behind their profession.

  it involves looking at the body differently, it involves looking at eating differently, it involves understanding why and how one accumulates weight and understanding the guiding principles of how to lose weight and defining a strong reason slim down.

HOW TO GET THE PSYCHOLOGY

in my own opinion, to get the psychology of losing weight, one has to read the right books and one has to develop self-control, especially self-control on how one eats
