ONE IMPORTANT FAT REDUCING TIP

This is a weight loss tip you should try. it's simple but not very easy.
if you have noticed, you may do the right exercise  use the right diet program, but you may still gain weight. this could be the cause- Eating excess sugar.

Sugar is important to the your body, as you know the body breaks down sugar to glucose and, your body uses glucose to produce energy in muscles and other parts of the body. Without sugar your body will lack energy.

THE EFFECT OF EXCESS SUGAR
Eating proper amounts of sugar will make you healthy but, eating excess sugar could result to rapid weight gain. how ? you may ask. you see excess sugar in the your body makes your pancreas, which, is located in your abdomen, to secrete excess insulin which sends a message to the body to convert the excess sugar into fat (if you eat a moderate amount of sugar the insulin simply converts the sugar to glucose and glucose to energy which is good for your body). Much of this fat is stored in the abdomen (possible reason for a fat belly).

So you may do a lot of exercise  use the right diet program but if you eat a lot of sugar you may still gain weight. you may not normally swallow a whole bowl of sugar everyday but you can still eat excess sugar through:
1. Drinking too much Beer ( Beer contains a lot of calories)
2. eating too much candy
3. chocolate bars
4. chewing gum
5. Excess ketchup with French fries
6. Bread
7. Rice,
8. Paster
Sometimes you may be worried about your bad breath ( you should be worried) and you may decide to pop some sweet mints to remove the bad breath that's a way you may eat excess sugar. it's better to ask a dentist about a good medicated mouth wash, it's better than taking minty sweets.
so if you need to reduce your weight also reduce your sugar intake.

THE PSYCHOLOGY OF WEIGHT LOSS



Many try to loss weight and are not able. To many it seems as if the more they try, the more they gain more weight. What is the problem? is it the wrong diet program? is it the wrong exercise program? the main problem I believe is that they don't have the psychology of losing weight.

WHAT IS THE PSYCHOLOGY OF WEIGHT LOSS

Many professionals excel because they have the psychology of the business their in. they see life in relation to their profession. For example the medical doctor sees life as a doctor, an Engineer sees life as an engineer. Both the medical doctor and the Engineer understand the guiding principles behind their profession.

  it involves looking at the body differently, it involves looking at eating differently, it involves understanding why and how one accumulates weight and understanding the guiding principles of how to lose weight and defining a strong reason slim down.

HOW TO GET THE PSYCHOLOGY

in my own opinion, to get the psychology of losing weight, one has to read the right books and one has to develop self-control, especially self-control on how one eats
